A Six-week Learning POD: Parts 1 and 2
Emotional Bodywork is a new-Reichian form of body psychotherapy pioneered by the Centre for Psychotherapy & Emotional Bodywork Therapies Inc. The concept of Emotional Bodywork is derived from the understanding that there is no separation between our emotions and our physical bodies. What happens in one area affects the other.
This two-part program is designed to give both theoretical and hands-on experience of Emotional Bodywork. It is a practical six-week learning POD that presents a respectful way to access the body through a bio-dynamic process of therapeutic touch. This basic technique encourages powerful energies for healing.

- Meditation & visualization
- Movement
- Reflexology
- Reiki
- Shiatsu
- Bio-energetics
These are avenues that can help us become aware of the interplay between our emotions and our physical bodies. This is a process of harmonization to improve overall health.
